I Thought Bush Said He "Wasn't Concerned about bin Laden???? |
|
Remember---in fact just a week or so ago Kerry kept referring to that. Isn't it time for Kerry to say it again and again?? Remind the people that Bush directly said he was not concerned about this guy and contrast it to the new video. Then ask the rhetorical question "So, Mr. Bush, does this man concern you now or are you still saying he is of no concern"!!! (This is why I don't quite understand from a post below about Cronkite saying this tape was a Rove set up because it just makes Bush look even worse---this doesn't help him).

2. I don't think this was a Rove trick. |

If Bin Laden was truly a Republican supporter, he would not have brought up Bush's family like he did. Bin Laden made references to dictatorships and kings, and that the "Father had made sure his sons got their own kingdoms" and that they were arrogant & greedy.
Which is so ludicrous, if you think about the US as being a democracy, not a kingdom. We don't "give" states to our children. Or do we. There were huge implications in Bin Laden's speech. None of which were good for Bush.
