Undecided but leaning Kerry neighbors have voted for... |
|
Edited on Sat Oct-30-04 01:57 PM by Nana
Kerry! They said they went the day after I loaned them Fahrenheit 9/11. The husband was leaning Kerry, actually, and the wife was completely undecided. He returned the movie and thanked me for making it clear! Told me his teenage son (16, I believe) was in tears at the end of the movie, as well. Now, their votes are in the bank!
P.S. I just loaned the dvd to my daughter to show to her new boyfriend who is leaning Bush. Will update.

2. My husband and I watched the 30-minute documentary on the making |
|
of F9/11 last night on the Independent Film Channel and I was in tears even though they just showed a few scenes from the movie. I hadn't seen it since it came out and I had forgotten just how powerful it is.
Congratulations on spreading the word!

the RW efforts in demonizing Michael Moore still can't hold up to the real pictures, voices of this illegal war and illegal president

He was the only republican in our family. We had a few words (because I slipped his girlfriend a political button when he wasn't looking), back in the summer when he was defending the war and Bush. Today we had lunch with the in-laws - first time I'd seen them since then. I don't know what happened but he said he'll be holding his nose and voting for Kerry. I was a bit offended by the comment, but still grinning ear to ear. I definitely didn't see that coming.
