Please - speaking from experience in a busy day.

1. Manage the emails - keep different rally's, walks, campaigns, events and canvasing runs seperate - don't mix different groups in the same emails - confuses people when they show up that they don't know what is going on!

2. Be "democratic" and get someone to lead the events - don't let people wander around - take charge, show control and show that we are ORGANIZED!

3. Speak up to friendly people - Ignore the haters. The best thing you can do is be quiet and spend your time on the people that aren't Kerry haters - if you are pestered, answer the questions or inspire a friendly debate - 9 times out of ten though they will just swear at you and run/drive off. (nice huh?)

Most importantly - have fun, "show your colors" (where your pins, shirts, stickers, put out your signs) and TALK TO YOUR NEIGHBOORS!!!!!!!!
