Scathing anti-Kerry messages on my voice mail in FL. 3!

I was so angry when I checked my messages because there were 3 very nasty, false, character-assination-type ads against JFK.

Same as they did in SC. Disgusting. "JFK is going to take away your guns..." - that sort of thing.

I voted early last week in Tampa at a small library. Had to wait an hour to vote. Heard they were getting an eary turnout averaging 650/day.

Now for the good part. There was a lot of chattering among small groups of voters (2-3) and they were talking Kerry NOT *. Meanwhile, you could tell who the repukes were bec their mouths were shut (guess they had no one to talk to, LOL).

there's another thread here about how in South Carolina and other southern states, they are distrubting letters in the black community telling them they will be arrested at the polls if they so much as have unpaid parking tickets.

5. I'm Kinda Glad It's Got So Nasty...

...when Rove & Co. realize that their intense nastiness actually *cost* them votes instead of gaining them votes, they'll see their formula to success is not fool-proof. When Kerry wins, we're going to see a *massive* effort to reform elections - both in campaign finance law and (hopefully) the Electoral College.
