Are Naderites finally coming to reason?

In the last polls, Nader is polling at 1 or even 0 (yes, 0) percent. Did Naderites get scared and realized that however wonderful their utopies are, the real future is at stake?

1. Most left leaning naderites
have already abandoned him. Remaining support could come from
newbies, cranks, RW budget hawks, etc. less and less of a worry....unless I'm wrong

4. What a sad legacy a once admirable person
is leaving. I used to respect that guy so much.

6. Oh, I still respect him.
But he needs to abandon that ego of his.

5. I think he's becoming the universal 'protest candidate'.
People have posted anecdotes on here the past few weeks about friends and family members who are Republicans who won't vote for Bush* but can't bring themselves to vote for a Dem, who say they'll probably vote for Nader or one of the other third-party candidates, or write in someone. Interesting to think that Nader may get more votes from disgruntled Republicans this year than he does from people on the left, but who knows? Maybe it's true.
