3. Compare and contrast

Bill Clinton and George W Bush were both born in 1946 - just one month apart.

Look at how far Bush has fallen. He stumbles over simple words, his speech is full of pauses, his speech is far from fluid.

And look at Clinton. He's as good as 1992, and he just had major surgery.
