Swing state mania
Today's menu if you are a voter in a swing state:

3 political audiotaped telephone ad's in one hour

1 Kerry taped phone call- usual vote for Kerry kind of stuff

1 taped call from the Sierra club urging household to vote-nice sounding, couteous, easy to deal with

1 taped call from a republican somebody- very intrusive with claims that billionaire Kerry's campaign has been financed with money from "his" Heinz company and its outsourcing

1 mailing from the Kerry campaign

1 visit from George Bush in Grand Rapids, Michigan-interesting, went to G.R. this evening and you wouldn't believe the trash left absolutley all over the place. Bunch of pigs.

1 visit from the Kerry ticket in Detroit- campaign visits dominate the news, clog up the roads and cost citizens bucks

25-count them people-25 ads on TV

5 radio ads

For those of you in non swing states complaining about not feeling counted, consider yourselves lucky

Oh and one more thing. Very high winds in Michigan today dislodged a 4x8ft Kerry sign and it ended up in a nearby woods. Still in good shape. Husband intending to paste that sucker up in the yard tomorrow.

Come on Tuesday....
