Can you buy the Kerry soundtrack anywhere?

It would be great if I could buy a CD with "Johnny B Goode", "Rockin' in the Free World", "It's My Life", etc. I'm sure the Boss would throw some songs on there too. This would have been a great fundraising item, but I will settle for buying it after the election.
