What would Kerry do first about Iraq?

Troops are dealing with reconstruction, legitimacy of government, insurgency, and Iran and Syria are aiding the insurgency because we have not done the diplomacy right. Can't speculate about additional troops but Kerry would give whatever help they need, and he would do the important diplomacy work.

Polls show Bush is seen as better CIC?

We have our own polls, and Kerry has tremendous support right now...then he talks about how both Iraq and Afghanistan are jobs not done right, Tora Bora Osama escaped, not enough troops in Iraq to get the job done, Bush has been an ineffective CIC. We need new leadership in Washington.
