I think this should be thrown back in the face of every Bushie who says Bush will be better on terrorism or will keep us safer. This proves he just can't do it. I don't know why this hasn't been a big issue all along. If the situations were reversed we would hear it continuously from the Republicans. The Democrats need to play to win.
