Terry McCauliffe hands Gillespe letter on Stephanopolis on voter suppresion sent out to thousands of african americans in Ohio. Gillespe says I haven't seen the letter and in a split second Terry shoves it to him and says "here". Gillespe looked like he wanted to throw it out.
