Bin Laden Tape Once Again Proves Media Whores Wrong
You could see the excitement in their eyes on Friday afternoon: Woodruff, Matthews, Scarborough, Hume, Blitzer... all shilling that the tape would boost Bush, because it would remind voters of National Security issues.

Now it seems the tape actually hurts Bush, because it serves as the perfect exclamation point to John Kerry's main argument for months: that Bush deviated from the hunt for the terrorists by embroiling us in this nightmare in Iraq.

Hey media pundits: RESIGN, FUCKERS! Get people in there who actually will report the news instead of slanting everything to favor a corporatist, anti-citizenry, slimy, corrupt, murderous administration.

We need to start a campaign to fire all these jerks once this election is over. Why do Judy Woodruff and Wolf Blizter get lifetime tenure to report their bias? Their terms should be limited too.

1. I wonder sometimes when the powers that be
decided we were too stupid to think for ourselves. When did the media decide they needed to translate what politicians are saying rather than just letting them talk for themselves. It's patronizing and arrogant, and I've sent many an e-mail to them on just this point.

3. read George Orwell 1984
you will get it then.

We, all of us, are Smith, we refuse to let go of things into the memory hole

They are the producers of news and they put things in the memory hole

2. I hope that when bush* is voted out that this country is a witness to a
huge backlash against the lying f***s that call them selves journalist but who are really nothing more than pandering whores for this administration.

If there is any justice in this world, they'll be competing for jobs at McDonald's with everyone else. But from what I've seen of them and their intellectual disabilites, one has to wonder if they're even qualified to do the job. One thing for sure, don't let them near the cash register.

7. I think we're seeing the beginnings of a backlash.
Freepers are just as much anti-cable media as we are. There was a thread on DU this weekend, I think, stating that they even thing FOX news is too liberal. LOL. They distrust the media for different reasons that we do, but EVERYONE knows something is seriously wrong. Laziness, pandering, profits, balance doctrine run amuck, I don't know, but a big change is a comin'.

6. What a bunch of morons
First they say if Bin Laden is captured, it's good news for Bush. Then they say seeing him on the loose, looking healthy, is good news for Bush. So tell us media pundits, is there ANYTHING in your world that could make Bush look bad? I guess if we had another terrorist attack they would spin that for Bush too.
