Kerry just sealed the deal with his speech today |
|
He tried to unit the nation. He spoke on how hard work is with the middle class not the President. He said he can't wait to work with people from the other side. He said that he is ready to take on the hardwork of being President. He made a comment about the signs as well.

when he talked of energy independence. He explained it in terms that even folks who aren't environmental wonks can understand.

I was with Kerry in church today!
www.whiotv.com
watch the video.....It only shows his speech....it is not a stump speech either....It was a terrific day .....to pray and give John Kerry the prayers from the community just before the most important election of this nation!
Very Powerful for him and me.....

3. Regarding "people from the other side"... |
|
...I'm willing to bet that there are more than a few who have become sick of the Bush "my way or the highway" ethic and would willingly...although perhaps tentatively...explore the options available in non-partisan ACCOMPLISHMENT.
Actually making the lives of your constituents BETTER. Watching job numbers go UP and realize it's not just this month's spin from John Snow.
Some people won't have any interest in such an offer. As an ex-boss of mine once said: "You hold out the hand. They accept it, great. They don't, hey...at least YOU held it out."
I'm sure that will be the Kerry approach. Open door always. Every day a new chance to do it better than it was done yesterday.

4. Did you see him speak at the Dayton church this morning? |
|
Absolutely brilliant, and yes, very "Clintonesque." He was truly brilliant in the pulpit - connecting scripture with politics. The best speech I have ever seen Kerry give. He truly is a closer!

10. I watched on ABC Cable News.... |
|
I watched the speech on ABC cable news....Kerry looked so relaxed and he looked like he was truly enjoying himself. I want to think he knows something...or he has seen some of the panic on the other side. Regardless it was a great speech and left me proud that MY candidate is such a decent candidate.
