Jeb Bush, Katherine Harris and others -- violation of federal civil rights and voting rights acts
Richard Cheney -- conflict of interest and influence peddling, specifically pertaining to awarding of lucrative reconstruction contracts to Halliburton.
George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Douglas Feith, Alberto Gonzales, General Geoffrey Miller -- Violation of war crimes acts, specifically pertaining to prohibitions against torture.
In addition, I would like to see an international tribunal convened for the purpose of trying and punishing Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Feith, Wolfowitz, Rice, Powell, Tony Blair, Jack Straw and many others for war crimes in Iraq. The invasion was a war crime on its face. The convening of such a tribunal should take place regardless of whether Bush "wins" or loses Tuesday, and would be more urgent should he remain in power.

4. I dunno. Is perjury still a crime? How about fraud? Hard to say. |

I'd have Spitzer indite them all. Let the lawyers sort it out.
I'd also have a court invoke a gag order against all of them "in the national security" under Patriot Act.
I'd pay good bucks just to have Dick STF up!

The usual suspects, as listed above.
But nobody here has yet mentioned rove or ashcroft. contradicta for aiding and abetting. ALL those little bushbots. ALL of them. tom delay. And throw Bob Novak in for good measure. I'd like to see several press people facing the music, too - for aiding and abetting. limbaugh would look lovely in orange. As would that pathetic putz whose name rhymes with vanity - sorry, don't want to say his name - don't want to give him any further attention or publicity.

Impeachment? I do believe a Kerry Victory will mean we'll just scoot Bushco back to Crawford. And we can move on?
