Cincinnatians! A skywriter is writing "Kerry" in the eastern sky!

I'm in Sharonville, and just went outside to see what all the commotion was about and why everyone was looking in the sky.

He's up to K E R now, it's pretty obvious what he's writing, unless he plans something mean or weird at the end. :-)

18. Great, I didn't know anybody was still doing that! My first flight

instructor back in 62 was pretty good at skywriting, I went with him a couple times but never got around to learning the tricks of the trade (too busy working on advanced ratings) but it's a neat thing to see!

I think this is why it was so effective... skywriting is rare these days!!

Oh, that was so much fun. People staring at the sky, some laughing and clapping, some grimacing and shaking their heads. Cars stopping. Everyone pointing up. So many smiles!!

Sometimes it would be skywriting and sometimes there would be a streaming banner dragged behind the airplane. Neat! I'm so glad you could see this today and then tell us all about it!
