The big MO. Kerry leading by 2 in new Fox News poll |
|
The Democratic challenger has a two-point edge among registered voters, receiving 47 percent to Bush’s 45 percent (Nader receives one percent). The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus three percentage points. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,137191,00.html

as it may be, they were pretty accurate in '00. They had the race tied at 44 I think.

3. 45% in Missouri? That's terrible. |
|
I've been listening to *'s speeches over the weekend and it may be wishful thinking, but he sounds like he is pleading with voters.

I becoming suspicious of Fox. First Tucker calls it for Kerry, then Fox polls show Kerry breaking away in places we were once writing off. I'm all for it if it is true, but do you think they want Dem's to get over confident and stay home Tuesday? I'm suspicious.

13. 23 point shift of Independents. WTF? |
|
Check this out:
"In mid-October, Bush held a seven-point lead over Kerry among likely voters overall. Since then, independent voters have shifted from giving an 18-point lead Bush to giving a slim five-point edge to Kerry today."
It's good news and I'll take it, but WTF? Either Bush is doing quite badly or Faux needs to get a new polling company.

14. Beautiful Blue Missouri? Could it be? |
|
Glad to hear my old home state might go blue after all. Now if we can just keep Florida the lovely shade of blue it is currently, I will be very happy indeed!
