FLORIDA FLORIDA FLORIDA, it's all about FLORIDA
The Zogby polls from Ohio do not look good. Kerry needs to win Florida and he's ahead by +1 in the latest zogby.

I sure as hell hope every Florida democrat turns out cause this election could be a repeat of 2000.

Whoever wins Florida, wins it all.

3. It can't be about Florida
I've seen reports of at least a dozen different frauds down there already, and it's obvious that Jeb's pulling out all the stops. It would be nice to get 27 votes in Florida, but as long as it's at the mercy of Jeb and Poppy, don't make it a requirement of your electoral total.

Is that possible for Kerry?

22. Just Barely
If we take New Mexico, New Hampshire, Arkansas, and Iowa
and don't have any unpleasant surprises, we'd squeak through.

25. Kerry wins if we take EITHER OHIO OR FLORIDA
winning BOTH is a big fat dagger through the hearts of all Republicans.

7. I agree with this one. I think Jeb has "fixed" the e-voting problem all
right.

But other polls say Kerry is ahead in Ohio. You need to read ALL the polls and then take an average of them. No one poll is gonna be totally accurate, and you don't know which one is most accurate. So do an average.

9. Wrong.
All Kerry needs is the Gore states plus NM or CO to get the win. Florida is not the fucking end all.

Bush was here today (Gainesville)...Kerry is in Tampa tonight...ugh...I've never volunteered for a campaign before, and working this hard makes me incredibly anxious for a Kerry win...

12. "Zogby polls"
Pay real close attention, ready? THE POLLS ARE BULLSHIT! They are using outdated methodology and skewed data. Even "dear" Zogby admitted the other day that this election will re-write the rules for polling. He knows his system is fucking broke. Kerry will win large.

And don't worry about us Florida democrats, we are watching the fascists very closely and if they try to steal our votes again we will be in the streets, as everyone should be.

17. I'll be out there with you
Florida didn't vote for Bush the first time, we certainly are not go to go with Bush this time.

Even if just the Cubans bail out on Bush, which they are, he loses Florida.

15. Florida.....The Plywood State
After the hurricane season passed, Floridians were left with rebuilding, clearing heaps of debris, and Jeb.

I hope they are prepared for a fight, once again, for their state to get it right this time.
I think Jeb will be held accountable more so this time than the last, if this election and its voting problems are repeated.

What if Jeb declares it undecidable, and Fla courts hand it over to the Supreme Court?
I don't believe the GOP will give up Fla. I believe they will contest and challenge until it gets sent to George Bushs' Supreme Court.
They are counting on Jeb & pals to wield the state's power in their favor.
I think the GOP is comfortable in knowing they have a Supreme Court decision waiting in the wings for them, even if polls say,"Kerry Wins Fla".

We will simply be asked to 'get over it' again.

God forbid a 2000 repeat, and one that is manipulated by the GOP based on their ability to do so last time around.

They got away with it last time, why would they not make it twice in a row.
Did not the last selection set a precedent for deciding another contested election? The Gop will use that argument of precedent again if needed.

20. if it goes to the supreme court
don't expect the same results as last time.

o'conner will not vote like she did last time. she knows what a mess they created.

and thomas is uncomfortable about being put in that situation again, per his own words. so he may rethink his "legacy" on the supreme court.
