I just turned on MSNBC and some guy said that 30% of Iowa voters have already cast their ballots, and the exit polling shows Kerry up by 11 points!
Anyone else?

I am a little confused, however, by reports that * is leading early voting by several points. Does anyone have an explanation?

that it can be attributed to the States that have early voting. For example, Texas allows early voting. New York does not.
