If the EV are tied and Kerry wins popular vote...What will the GOPukes do? |
|
The House GOPukes would steal it again for AWOL and AWOL would take it. Anybody disagree?

8. But the Senate gets to vote for VP... |
|
the NEW Senate - so if we take back the senate but not the house, and there's an EV tie, we could end up with BUSH/EDWARDS! How fucked up is that?

3. Well it worked for them last time.. |
|
of course they would scream their Supreme Court mantra.
This is what I would fear the most. there would be nothing we could do to reverse their decision.

So head on down to your local Kerry HQ and do your part to make sure Kerry wins Ohio and Florida.

5. John Kerry needs 270 EV to win, George Bush only needs 269 |
|
That's the constitution and our current reality.

9. That may not be true. The House has been having trouble. |
|
DeLay is hated. He used too heavy a hammer. If it's true that Hastert was screaming at Condi in June, it's slightly possible that the House will not want to be held responsible for a second Bush term. Because in two years the revenge might be total.
If the Dems keep harping "HIS/HER vote gave you 4 more years," do you think there will even be a Republican party left after that?
Because we would be idiots if we didn't run heavy opposition to every one of these bozos, especially the so-called safe seats.
So, assuming the Republicans in the House aren't thinking of their own personal futures might be wrong.
Of course, the earmark of Republican policy is shortsightedness.
