Here are today's Zogby state tracking polls: pretty good!

Kerry Bush
Colorado 47 48
Florida 48 47
Iowa 50 45
Michigan 52 45
Minnesota 49 47
New Mexico 49 49
Nevada 44 50
Ohio 44 48
Pennsylvania 50 45
Wisconsin 51 44

Kerry leads six states, Bush three and one's a tie. Kerry is at 50 percent or above in four states, Bush in just one. I'm not even concerned about the Ohio numbers: I believe Kerry has an excellent shot to win there.

1. Gallup has * up in PA
What a joke. No way he wins Pennsylvania.

2. Ohio is a problem
If Kerry doesn't get Ohio, which it looks like he won't, it's going to be a very difficult road to 270. That's because Florida is nearly impossible. Jeb will make sure his brother takes the state regardless of how many votes Kerry has.

4. Zogby has consistently
had Ohio for Bush IIRC.

I think other polls have it for Kerry. I am still confident we will win there.

5. What makes you think he won't win Ohio?
This one poll?

7. OH is not a problem
I've been saying this but I'll say it again - we're taking OH. I've lived in this area almost my whole life (the heavily-Repug Cincinnati area) and I have never seen anything like what we've got going on the ground, the response from people everywhere, the enthusiasm. Worry about MN, IA, or WI if you must. OH is ours. :kick:

I think we'll take Ohio as well though. All the polls are screwy.

6. These are great numbers!
We erased entirely a huge B lead in New Mexico and we're winning in most states. With these numbers, assuming we take NH, we win by 44 or 34, depending on NM. This is much better than the last few days on Zogby. Having said that, it's wildly back and forth because it's a tracking poll and these tracking polls aren't worth much. But it helps stem the Bush is Winning memetic tide...

10. That's more like it in Michigan, though disappointed by Ohio #'s
but then Gallup has Kerry up in Ohio. I'm glad that Zog has us up in Wisconsin.
