No TV, how do i stay updated on Nov 2nd |
|
hey guys...i don't have television (damned living in a valley and being too poor to get satalite) but i definetly want to keep updated on the election on nov. 2nd. I plan on being on DU most of the night but since i'm poor and don't have any money to donate right now are there any chats or other websites that will have constant updates that anyone knows of? if this is an inappropriate topic, b/c of adveritising other sitesor what not lemme know or just delete it. but i definetly wanna keep updated. so lemme know if it is okay.....and if anyone has ideas on how i can keep updated on nov. 2nd.

2. Any of the news sites on the web |
|
CNN, MSNBC, FOX, CSpan. And you can probably tune into election returns on a radio station in your area. Good Luck.

3. Radio? I also have no t.v. |
|
I tend to keep tuned at NPR. Better than most at getting it "even" and often excellent with the BBC broadcasts.
Just an idea.
The DU is where I "tuned" for the Sox games. Kept me up to speed AND I had a GOOD LAUGH OR SEVEN.

thanks...i definetly appricate the information! online radio would be great but my retarded computer doesn't have sound. GRRR....i'm gonna try to stay tuned into DU as much as possible. Well mainly b/c y'all are hilarious and as fanatical about this election as i am.... if i didn't have a newborn i'd go to one of those election parties at a bar or something but then again i'd probaly end up getting in a fight with some ignorant republican. alcohol and politics don't mix...i bet some of those parties will get ugly...
