Quick poll question - what do LV and RV stand for?
I'm guessing it's L___ Vote/Value and R___ Vote/Value.

Could someone help me understand this (a bit late, perhaps, but I should probably know it anyway)

4. LV= Likely Voter RV= Registered Voter
you have to check the methodology of each poll to find out what they consider a Likely Voter, although this year with all the new registrants and incumbent low approval ratings I only pay attention to registered Voter
Also there is the LV+L which means likely voters Plus Leaners

8. Here's a new one Schneider will use to explain why they got it wrong
MV = motivated voter

A combination of likely, registered, dormant, new, and unpolled voters that formed the basis for a sweeping repudiation of Bush Republicanism.
