At least as far as voting goes. This is not just in the urban areas, it also pertains to areas like Williamsport, Scranton, Harrisburg.

2. Philly and Allegheny Counties are inescapably heavily Dem and the Philly suburban counties are now solidly Dem or Very Dem and that just ain't going away, I don't care if Osama showed up at the Mann Music Center onstage, with Lyndie England with a leash around his neck. No frigging way.
