2. You probably don't need it
You should be able to use some other ID, like a driver's license. Some places let you sign an affidavit.

3. Don't know that she'll need her voter's card.
The precinct she votes in should have a record of her registration. If so, all that's needed is a government ID.

4. What state?
We should be able to find an answer. I've never needed my card and I've lived in NC and MN. I think a valid DL with current address would work.

7. She doesn't need it in Florida
All she needs is her Drivers license. They don't even ask me for my voters card it's always my license they want to see.

14. Here is a list of what ID you can use in FL
Florida law requires that you produce both picture and signature identification prior to voting; therefore, be sure to take some form of identification bearing your signature and your photo identity to the polling place with you. If you do not have identification you will asked to complete and sign an affidavit. Acceptable forms of photo identification are:

Florida Drivers License
Florida ID card issued by a State Agency
U.S.Passport
Employee Badge or ID
Entertainment ID (Theme Park Annual Pass)
Military ID
Student ID
Retirement Center ID
Buyers Club ID Card (Sams Club)
***
No one really understands why they even have the voter's card here in Florida. The only thing I figure is so we have a record of what our precinct is.

8. I doubt she needs it. Tell her to take her driver's license for ID.
She should be on the voter's roll.

Here in NC you don't need your voter's card to vote.

15. If you are registered and have valid ID,
you are in. There's a record in computers; early voting, if they have your name, they print your info out and then you sign. Very simple, Drivers Licenses work. Just vote!

17. As long as you are not attempting to fraudulently cast a vote...
You are legally allowed to cast a ballot if you are who say you are and have properly registered. If you are denied the right to vote or are asked to complete a provisional ballot, STOP! Call 1-866-OUR-VOTE. Depending on the state, a provisional ballot may never have to legally be counted. Insist on casting a regular ballot and call 1-866-OUR-VOTE or look for a Democratic or independent poll observer at the polling place if you are not permited to.

18. Check online
Does your county clerk's office have the voter registration database online? If so, I'd go there and pull it up and print it off, to have with me along with my driver's license. That way, she'll also have her official registration number.

Also, call the local Democratic party and ask for advice and ask them how to get contact info on who her precinct committee person is. That person will probably be working at the polls. I'd get as many ducks in a row as possible, especially if she's in a Republican dominated county.

Hopefully, everything will go smooth as silk, but I'd be ready, just in case.

19. If she goes to the correct precinct she should be on their list.
Tell her to call tomorrow and ask the election officials what she should do so she can be prepared on Tuesday if she needs to bring a utility bill or something with her address on it.

20. Photo ID should do it in most places. HAVA regulations require ID
of some kind and drivers license (if it has photo and signature on it) should be acceptable.
