How many people wore a Bush costume or made a political Halloween message?
I recall that there was going to be at least one Bush in chains and stripes, one grim reaper Bush and one Satan Bush.

3. Heh heh.
A couple of people at a party I went to last night were dressed as "your typical republican."

They guy looked like he was ready for a country club brunch, with a sweater tossed over his shoulders; and the girl was dressed like a stepford wife.

Both came complete with Bush/Cheney '04 stickers. I had a double-take, considering how viscerally I respond to seeing those stickers on people's bumpers.

8. I was a Revolutionary War officer
I had a button saying "Rev. War Officers for Kerry." People loved it, and it gave me a chance to launch into my stump speech.

9. After our neighbor
(the head of the Homeowners' Association) told my parents they had to take down their Kerry signs, my mother was joking about putting Kerry stickers on all of the Halloween candy.

I know a guy who carved a pumpkin to depict a hand with middle finger raised and the word "BUSH" underneath.

13. Tonight's protest of Cheney in Honolulu boasted
Edited on Mon Nov-01-04 05:53 AM by mahina
a G.W. bush in a prisoner suit, tons of freaky Cheneys, a Rumsfeld whose bloody hands never dried, lots of Uncle Sams, lots of Darth Cheneys, a Tinkerbell for Peace, lots of scary republican monsters!! We were fantastic, we were LOUD as hell so the republicans lined up like sheep across the street had to hear it all.

When I say Kerry you say John...Kerry! John! Kerry!
Two more days!
Not my president- not my war!

Tell me what resistance looks like- This is what resistance looks like!

We had a blast.
Hawaii is deep true blue.
