Niger is for smirky. You can vote in any country, so this is very unscientific. That said, it's clear that Niger's been freeped. Those morans probably only recognize it because of the deadly 16-word fiasco. Or maybe they think it's the N-word and it soothes their bigoted souls (if they even have more than a rat turd for a soul) to vote there.

if the rest of the world could vote, political discourse on the internet (a la DU) would be banned, Israel would cease to exist, and if there was a state religion, it wouldn't be run by Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson
