3. That's NOT an early vote count.
It is a subset of a Gallup poll. He found that 30% of his sample had already voted. He then asked for whom. Note that the numbers are 51%K 43%B. What happened to the other 7%? Subset polls are next to worthless due to the small numbers involved. You get huge MOEs.
