While Colorado citizens might be better off splitting electors
I was just reading about how lots of people are being disenfranchised in Colorado. There is no provision in Colo law for exluding felons who are not currently serving a sentence yet this is what the Secretary of State ha suddenly decided to do.

Having the electors go all one way is a risk that the real vote in that state will win out dispite all the dirty tricks and rigging. If the electors are split, Kerry will at least get some - no matter how dirty the other side gets.
