In our last day of the Bush regime, I think we all need to stop and thank some people.

Thank you, DU, for being our rock for the past four years - Skinner and all our moderators for giving us a place to vent.

Thank you, to all who gave support when it seemed all was lost.

Thank you, to all who kept us informed through a media that didn't want to give us the facts. We learned out facts here.

Thank you to Air America Radio, Al Franken, Randi Rhodes, and all of the people who ventured out to start a place where we could feel welcome and at home and save our sanity. You shine like a beacon of light - like Radio Free Euqope did in the old days.

Thank you, Howard Dean, for making us proud to be Democrats again and for pointing out the failures of this regime.

Thank you, all Democratic candidates, for choosing to be out there to spread the word to America.

Thank you to all of the foot soldiers who are out in America en masse knocking on doors, calling on phones and getting this election won for liberty and democracy.

Thank you, John Kerry and John Edwards, for giving us candidates that we can be proud of,

NO matter how "goofy" or "insane" people think he is - he lit a lot of fires under people to wake them up to some of the issues. (even if they're conceited)
