hahaha.

Actually a president can have any Justice do it if he requests it--doesn't have to be the Chief, but we all know that Scalia hopes to be Chief Justice and with Kerry in--it won't happen. Also Scalia was the mastermind behind Bush v. Gore in 2000.

Sweet Revenge--swearing in President Kerry.

:)

2. He should request Stevens - author of the eloquent BushvGore dissent.

Much more fitting and it would burn Scalia just as much.

edit: spelling.

4. Scalia needs to be impeached, tried and jailed for the
2000 coup d'etat.

I certainly hope he is no where NEAR Kerry's inauguration

Throwing the 2000 election and appoint *: Priceless

Going hunting with the VP whose case you are presiding over: priceless

Seeing your jumping boy ousted via a fair election and having to swear in his competitor: one big suck job.

Aww tough shit scalia, next time use Democracy! It's worked for 200+ years, it will save this nation again.

"What are you supposed to do when somebody

it very ironic that the very people saying
judges are interfering are bringing lawsuits.

What do you think? Donald Duck is going to
decide it? I would prefer not to have to
decide it, but that joins a long list of
things. It's my job." - U.S.Sup.Ct. Associate
