It is in God's and our hands now
I am not going to look at anything political till after I vote tommorow morning.
I cannot take it anymore--the stress is killing me. I am going to read a book I got recently about John Dillinger and other Depression era outlaws and forget all about the election.

Tommorow morning, I am going to get up early, shower, dress in nice clothes and walk to the polling place.

Then I will vote for Kerry, Mikulski, Cardin and other democrats.

1. Zuni, leave the stress behind. It's going to be Kerry in a landslide.

I'm in Palm Beach County, Florida and people have been standing in line for days (four to six hours) to vote. Nobody is standing in line that long to vote for Bush.

3. Just vote your conscience. No matter what happens, the knowledge

that you did that will be something no one can ever take from you.

Even if they take everything else.

4. I've already scheduled my first two voter pickups for tomorrow
Am in Richmond VA & am a volunteer driver. There are 215 of us here doing all we can to get people to the polls.

I like your idea of reading a non-current events book tonight.

GOTV=Kerry Landslide!!

6. How I will spend the final hours
I gave up listening to talk radio late last week. Since the only kind of talk radio around here (L.A.) is Hate Radio, I have felt much more rested and at ease as we glide into tomorrow's election.

It is indeed in God's hands. I will vote for Kerry and other Democrats. I will sit with my wife, watch the returns and hope against all hope that Kerry wins. I have a good feeling. I think he has a very solid chance to win.

I remember how I felt just before taking the bar examination in 1966. I felt cautiously optomistic. That's how I feel now about Kerry's chances tomorrow.

I passed the bar exam.
