Sacks of shit and big pussies who are not passionate about their candidate and will look for any excuse not to vote for him. Meanwhile, the Dems who are motivated beyond belief to get rid of these criminals will wait in line for four hours, in the rain to register their massive, vehement dissatisfaction w/ the lowly piece of shit squatting in the WH.

When we say "high turnout helps Kerry", that's just shorthand for saying Bush has a low ceiling and if more than that come out, they're coming out for Kerry.
In short, it's not the weather -- it's the climate.
