My friend has changes the lyrics of the boys are back in town to The Dems are back in power.

My niece is singing these songs
(music of you're a mean one Mr. Grinch)

You're out of power, Mr. Bush.
You've lost your title and your base.
You've lied for the past four year
Now you're paying the price
Mr. Bush

You can kiss the white house Good-bye..

or

Ding dong Bush is out of power(out of power) George Bush is out of power.

He lied and lied and lied now he has no more power.

Ding Dong the Chaney is gone (Chaney is gone) Chaney is gone as well.

Kids ! What can you do? :headbang:

1. "How about you?" (AKA. "I Love New York in June")
An upbeat little song not well known these days. But the original lyrics of the song had a line that went:

"Mr. Roosevelt's looks, kinda give me a thrill..."

Bobby Darin updated the song in the early 60's:

"Mr. Kennedy's look's, kinda give me a thrill..."

My updated version:

"President Kerry's looks, kinda give me a thrill."

Three fine democrats, three fine presidents! Woohoo! John Forbes Kerry!

and the last time the election was on my birthday, jimmy carter was elected.

i'd say that's a pretty good omen.
