6 News Groups Sue Ohio Elections Chief
Six national news organizations filed a federal lawsuit Monday seeking additional access at the polls on Election Day.



ABC, CNN, CBS, Fox News, NBC and The Associated Press sued Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell over a policy that would prevent exit polling within 100 feet of a voting place.

The organizations have formed a consortium to collect exit-polling data.

2. What is it with this guy Blackwell...
This guy needs to be carefully investigated to see what kind of shenanigans he's been up to for the last couple of months. He's been in the news here almost every day here for the last month it seems.
