Worst case scenario: we lose FL and Ohio, but...WE CAN STILL WIN.
I think we will win both Florida and Ohio, but they are both close and the repugs are using their full bag of tricks to suppress Dem votes. But we can still win if we win all the states we should: Penn, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, New Hampshire, Hawaii, and New Mexico.

This leaves us at 264. To win, we will need to pick up ONE of these: Arkansas (6), Colorado (9), Virginia (13), or North Carolina (15). We could tie with 269 if we win either Nevada or West Virginia. I think Arkansas has the best chance to go Dem. The Big Dog coming off his death bed could deliver the election.

The repug strategy is clear: They know they can't win Florida or Ohio without heavy suppression of voter turnout. If that still doesn't work, they want a disputed election in these two states. They will then try to drag it out, until they eventually try to stop the legal disputes because "we are a nation at war. The terrorists will take advantage of our weakness." The repugs will use the power of the presidency to try to bully the dems again into giving them the White House, for the good of the nation.

My gut feeling: we're going to give them a beating tomorrow, and none of this will matter.

1. My gut feeling: We will win both Florida and Ohio.

Ohio may be close, but we'll have an edge.

In Florida there will be a Kerry landslide so huge that even after millions of votes have been discarded or stolen, we'll still have an impressive victory.

4. I think we'll win WV. In the scenario I described, that will leave us tied
(and thus losing). But it could also make up for losing 5 EC votes in New Mexico, if that were to happen.

3. Colorado and NC are our best bets
I would say Colorado, but NC has the Edwards home state factor.
