Eat your heart out Kurt Schilling. Tonight at the John Kerry rally in Detroit's Joe Louis Arena, one of the featured speakers was our hometown hockey hero, Brendan Shanahan. Winner of THREE Stanley Cup Championships, Canadian born Shanahan had decided to make the USA his permanent home, so he thought it was only right to become a citizen too. Since he now has the power to vote, he told us that he was going to cast a vote for the future of his family. He's going to cast his ballot for John Kerry.
