I'm actually starting to feel positive

I tend to be a pessimist at times, and I've been down and depressed about the election for weeks. It doesn't help that I've had some really horrible fights with someone close to me over the election. But now I'm actually starting to feel better, and can actually realistically see us winning this thing. If Kerry wins, I will feel like I won the lottery! It would be incredible! I'm almost afraid to get my hopes up like this, because it really could go either way, and I could end up very upset. But it feels good to hear good news. I heard a local right-wing talk show host sadly predict a Kerry victory today!
