Deliberately targeted Arab journalists (and caucasian), causing their deaths.
Covered up the Abu Ghraib trail leading directly through himself to Bush.
Presided over the biggest military blunder - 9/11 - in U.S. history.

Where to begin with Snarling Dick in his Dungeon? If Tom DeLay is the Hammer, Deadly Dick is the Steamroller. Nothing stands in his way. The Evil Genius behind the administration's startling incompetence, perverse arrogance and criminal mischief. One of two driving forces behind the Iraq invasion. The man who rigged the stovepipe on Iraqi intelligence, then slammed the CIA. Plame. Soldiers greeted with flowers. Saddam has nukes. It's a fact.

The day after Colin Powell's UN presentation, I summed up the man & his message as follows:

Shriveled old men who helped trigger the war, one of them in the seeming hope that our grandchildren would make glorious songs about us. The other peddled rose-petals and oil fantasies to the public and congress.

Probably coordinated with Swift Liars.
Morally reprehensible and totally without scruple or shame.
There should be a special category of crime reserved for people such as Rove. Come to think of it, there is: RICO.

Numerous others can be added to the list: Ashcroft (worth a whole book), Tom Ridge, Josh Bolt-On, "State's designated asshole for international affairs," Tommy Thompson, and yes, even that whacked-out old putz, O'Neill. Failed female impersonator Karen Hughes. Scooter Libby. 1,500 of these bastards, burrowing away in our government. Time to take out some trash. And let's start with:
