Novak called Stewart "not funny and ill-informed". Carville called him pompous.

I just searched each of the transcripts post-Stewart at http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/cf.html and the only "pompous" I get is *ucker labeling Triumf the Insult Comic Dog as such.

Sometimes my searches don't seem to work properly, but I can't seem to find anything.

I never knew it till now, but Carville isn't referring to Stewarts comments regarding Crossfire. Carville is saying Stewart shouldn't be critical of Ted Koppel. Stewart is a "pompous ass" for going after Ted Koppel.
