10. Let's start by casting them out with our votes. |

I think the damnation call is a little too strong and too reminiscent of the other side. By all means, * should be held accountable in this world first and any other thereafter. As for his supporters, most of them are so ignorant that they invoke their own punishments on themselves as long as they choose to live in * world.

I uncomfortable with this kind of post, with all due respect. Who God may choose to damn is clearly his or her business.
"Damning all the people who vote for him" is repugnant. Whether one believe in eternal damnation or not, wishing such a fate on someone who really doesn't have the time to fight through all the disinformation we receive on a daily basis is truly wrong.
Sorry. I'm not holier than thou...that just kind of hit me wrong.

that we respect others rights to practice whatever kind of religion--or not--that they choose. I didn't realize that to qualify as a progressive that I had to keep my spiritual beliefs hidden out of sight. WTF?
IMHO damning everyone who votes for Bush is just plain ignorant! whatever!

Some of them are just misinformed. You try getting good news when you live in the middle of nowhere and can't afford the internet or cable (that might be good actually). If you all you have is AM radio, you are very likely to become a supporter of GW.

25. Misinformed does not excusae 1000 americans dead and 100,000 Iraqis |
|
Hell is too good for them frankly. (The leaders not the voters - a few minutes damned to hell might be enough for the really stupid ones. But a lifetime or two in hell for those who support mass death and genocide might be too little.
That is why my prayer is an invocation, an entreaty, and a damning which STOPS his evil not a permenent judgment forever. Just a condemnation and an adequate recompense for their crimes against all humanity.

but I do not believe in eternal damnation
just a good general damning and chatisement would suffice.
It is MY prayer -- feel free to reject or embrace it.
I know that the Almighty will do what He/She/It deems best.
But I hope for this as the pains inflicted by these ungodly bastards is extreme.

I'm not of the mindset that people who vote for Bush are evil. Freepers are, sure...but not all Bush voters are Freepers. Some are decent, hardworking people who would do anything for you (except, apparently, vote for Kerry...but I had to try.)
I really hope that at least half of the Bush administration ends up behind bars for what they've done...none of this Gerald Ford pardoning crap.

33. My hatred for Bush transcends politics |
|
I'm an old man. I've been voting for a long time, and no president has ever engendered the hatred this one has. It extends beyond just voting. I live in a rural area of California, an area where there a few services. This morning on my way to vote, I past the only general store, fueling stop within 15 miles. They have a large Bush/Cheney sign on their property. They are exercising their First Amendment right. For here on out, I am going to exercise my right of association. I won't even buy a bag of ice there again. Bush is responsible for 1000 needless American deaths, and perhaps 100,000 Iraqi deaths. I won't forget, ever.
