Most 'Religious Right Baptist' person I know is voting for Kerry

Church 2 times a week. 'The Lord' in about every other sentence... but a very nice family/mom... I told her I was going to work in a polling place today but I couldn't wear my Kerry button and of course I'd be 100% fair for everyone. She emailed back that she is praying for Kerry to win. (I've never spoke politics with this person in my life. She works in defense contracting.

This really gives me a good feeling as I'm off to work now at the polls! 05:30 Seattle time.

2. I have a co-worker who is a good Baptist

and voted for bush last time; and I have convinced him to vote for Kerry. When the local Democratic activist tries to talk to him, he turns away (we are in SC). However, when I talk to him from a veteran's perspective about the mess in Iraq, he listens and pays attention.
