I VOTED!! Long, long lines in NH - large town.
I am very excited - person behind me was excited that so many people were voting.

Gov. Candidate Lynch was shaking hands in line - some Freeper loudly complained that he was campaigning there - poll worker check it out and told the guy the HE CAN shake the hands of people in the LONG line so long as he was 20 ft from entrance/not blocking or causing a raucous. Was funny hearing him trying to explain his outrage after that!!

1. I voted down in Nashua...
The turnout is looking great. It wasn't a long wait to vote -- took me maybe 15 minutes -- but my ward's polling station has always been very fast and efficient.

What really showed the turn-out was how cars were lined up far up and down the street from the elementary school where we vote. I've never seen more than a few cars spill-over from the school's parking lot before, and never had to park so far away.

If turn-out favors Democrats, and I'm pretty sure that it will in this election, Kerry is doing GREAT here.

From 12-8pm I'll be driving around getting more people in to vote, so I'll be doing what I can to make the turn-out even bigger.

The only thing I want to see more of is young voters. There were only a few when I was at the polling station, but I'm hoping that more of them voted earlier than I did (I got to the polls around 8:00) or are coming later in the day. I think Kerry has this state wrapped up now, but I don't want to be overconfident, and I want the win to be as big as possible regardless.

WOO HOO!!! (Sorry, can't contain the excitement. I think we're going to win this one!)
