That's about three times what anyone can remember. This is a very well-to-do community -- the folks behind me were comparing notes on their most recent trips to Paris (one, with a vets for Kerry badge, was wearing his beret). Very genteel, too -- no anger or threatening attitudes, except, maybe, for me. I saw three people come in, check out the line, and leave. Two were wearing Republican badges. Delaware county has a Republican political machine that is still very powerful and lots of folks who really did benefit from the shrub's tax cuts (as I did!) and so Pub signs and campaigners seemed to have the numbers. Nevertheless I hadda feeling there were some Rendellicans and Kerrypublicans out.
