big thanks to the moveon guys - this GOTV machine is unbelievable...
i never thought that i'd see the day that a presidential campaign would be won because one candidate out-hustled the other on the ground.
and thats all thats happening - kerry et.al. is simply working harder, more effectively on the ground, where it counts than bush could ever dream of.
amazing.

what kills me is this - you have to be pretty fricking incompetant to not be able to counter GOTV. its a basic strategy. i really dont know how bush, or anyone, let this simple, cheap strategy beat them.
unless the kerry machine is THAT much better than everyone else's.
i'm impressed.

maybe there is a huge difference between "oh my god" good, and average? i dunno - this seems like something that should be textbook by now...
but, i feel like kerry's is "oh my god" good.

I got at least 5 telephone calls about registering to vote. And the day before yesterday I got one from New York (I'm in PA). She said she was assigned to GOTV in PA. I told her Kerry had mine. She was delighted.
