Bush just gave "almost a concession speech" on MSNBC

He was saying he "believes a high turnout is good," that he "thinks all Americans should vote," with his Blinky McChimp face on; but more importantly, he said something like "I will come out of this feeling I have run this race right up until the end... blah blah blah," and the sound of his words was "concession speech" to my ears.
