Our Lawyers are Meaner than their Lawyers!

The Rethuglicans have a lot of mean greedy grasping lawyers out today, but I don't think they realize what they are up against. Republican lawyers tend to sit in shiny boardrooms stealing money from people with their expensive pens and watermarked paper.

For downright cussed meanness and tenacity, give me a civil rights attorney any day of the week (and yeah, they work on weekends too - no long weekends playing golf with their corporate buddies).

We didn't expect the level of low-down cheating and hucksterism that the Rethugs used to steal the election in 2000, but we're ready this time, and so are our lawyers.

Share stories of civil rights lawyers being downright mean and rotten to win their cases for the poor and downtrodden right here!

you are right. We are mean and scrappy and honest. Sometimes I think it's the last thing that tips the balance in our favor.

Going through the list of clivil rights lawyers/public defenders in my head and comparing them to the corporate lawyers/prosecutors I know in terms of standing up in a scrap is a pretty hysterical image. Wish I could share. Picture Rambo vs Casper Milqutoast.
