Terrific GOTV News At Midday - KEEP IT UP!
I have the FOX affiliate on in Chicago, and he reports that in the East and Midwest, estimates are 65-75% turnout -- while in the South (i.e. Bush Country), turnout is only at 45-55%.

Furthermore, Kerry's War Room just reported on Al Franken that their early reports on FL and OH indicate Democrat turnout is way beyond what was expected on the positive side, while Repub turnout is slightly under what was anticipated.

And in Chicago, they're estimating an unbelieveable 80% turnout.

First predictions: Polls close at 7 p.m.

Obama will be declared the winner at 7:00:04.
Kerry will be declared the winner at 7:00:56.

16. I second that
I just wish his speech had made primetime on the networks during the convention. I credit his speech with first firing me up.

2. But, but....the CNN/Gallup people said that Bush supporters
Edited on Tue Nov-02-04 01:43 PM by BullGooseLoony
were 10% more "enthusiastic" than Kerry supporters!

BTW, I'm down in Bloomington, and it's true so far....when I went to the polls, there were not many people there. A GOOD sign for us.

10. NICE...
Yeah, I'm actually in Normal.

Went down to the HS and cast my vote for Kerry. Yelled a huge FUCK YOU BUSH! in the car on the way home. Finally got some of mine back for him calling me unpatriotic.

6. That's excellent!
I had a feeling a lot of Republicans would just sit this one out. It's hard to get any enthusiasm up for a failure like *.

11. They'll say the same thing I just heard from a Repuke "friend"...
all the minorities and Dems vote during the day because they don't have jobs, while the Repubs numbers magnify at night after they get off work!
