most likely.

I hope this is so. If it is, then Kerry will get well over 51%!

2. We're expecting 85% participation in Oregon
We got 80% last time.

Entire state is vote-by-mail, with exceptions for the disabled. It's an extremely efficient system, not subject to last-minute dirty tricks.

9. I love our vote-by-mail system - I wish other states would use it! ...
I just saw Bill Bradbury on TV and he looked really pleased by turnout. I'm sure we'll hit 85%!!!
