Look, I want to be celebrating as much (or more) than anyone. But let's keep our eyes on the prize. Its not over. We have got to keep the pressure on. Get.Out.The. Vote. Just making it close in places in Virginia or NOrth Carolina doesn't count for shit. We've got to build an insurmountable margin. That means Iowa. That means Michigan. It means growing the margin in the Blue statees and picking up some red states.

We can all sing,dance,drink, scream and cry for joy in a few hours. Right now, its still war. And we have got to take the fight to them.

the usual pattern is to let the Dem lead all the way to 45%, then it's like some switch kicks in on those electronic voting machines, and all other Dem votes are disqualified(or switched to Repub), giving the Repub a 55% to 45% lead to win the election, with a margin that is not "questionable"

So look for those two magic numbers--55 to 45.
If Kerry gets past the 45% mark, we've beat Bush.
