i went at 12:25 and waited about 70 minutes, and they said that was the shortest line of the day. the polling-place monitor said turnout was ``phenomenal.''

The lines here are 2 - 3 hours long. I waited 2 hours & went at 1:30pm, probably one of the slower times of the day.
Edited to make sense.
